What is Omoggle?
Omoggle is a webcam-based platform that pairs two random strangers and uses AI computer vision to scan both faces simultaneously. After roughly 10 seconds, the AI scores each face on a 0–10 scale using the PSL Scale — measuring facial symmetry, canthal tilt, jawline definition, and cheekbone structure. The higher scorer wins and is declared the Mogger, while the loser is Mogged.
The name is a portmanteau of Omegle (the now-defunct random video chat site) and mogging — internet slang from looksmaxxing culture meaning to physically dominate someone in terms of appearance.
How Does Omoggle Work?
When you enter Omoggle, you first complete a camera check to calibrate the AI scanner. You're then matched with a random opponent. The AI scans both faces in real time and outputs a score for each player. Each win or loss adjusts your ELO rating, which determines your position on the global leaderboard.
The scoring metrics
Omoggle's AI measures six primary facial metrics: facial symmetry, canthal tilt (the angle of your outer eye corners), jawline definition, cheekbone prominence, skin clarity, and overall facial harmony. Each metric contributes to your final 0–10 score.
ELO ranking system
Omoggle uses an ELO-based ranking system borrowed from chess and looksmaxxing community terminology. Wins increase your ELO, losses decrease it. Your ELO score places you in one of eight tiers, from Molecule at the bottom to Slayer at the top. See the full Omoggle tier list for a complete breakdown.
Why Did Omoggle Go Viral?
Omoggle exploded in late April 2026 when major Twitch streamers began live-streaming their sessions. Clips of xQc getting mogged repeatedly and Clavicular ragequitting after being out-scored spread rapidly across TikTok and X. On May 5th, Twitch officially updated its Community Guidelines to allow Omoggle streams after previously banning random video chat services.
Who Made Omoggle?
Omoggle is operated by Omoggle LLC, a US-registered company. The domain was registered on February 23rd, 2026, and the platform launched on March 30th, 2026. The site's owner appeared in an early viral TikTok getting mogged — the video garnered over 1.7 million views.
Is Omoggle Free?
Basic access to Omoggle is free. The platform offers an optional Omoggle Pro subscription at $10/month which unlocks additional features. You can also use the PSL Scanner (solo face scan) without competing in live matches.
